Initiate a Return Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return authorization request with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization
Our technical team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Package Your Item
Carefully pack the TV component in its original anti-static packaging and secure it within a sturdy box to prevent any physical damage during transit.
Ship and Track
Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier; your refund or replacement will be processed once the item is inspected at our warehouse.
